How do i choose the right Cloud Harness?
For the best fit, measure your pup before ordering and compare their measurements with our Size Guide. If your pup falls between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a comfortable fit.
Is the Cloud Harness adjustable?
Yes. The Cloud Harness features adjustable neck and chest straps, allowing you to create a secure and comfortable fit for your pup.
How does the Convertible Lead work?
The Convertible Lead is designed to adapt to your walk. Adjust the length from approximately 0.5 to 3 metres and wear it hands-free around your waist, shoulder or use it as a traditional handheld lead.
Can I use the Convertible Lead as a regular handheld lead?
Absolutely. The Convertible Lead can be worn hands-free or used as a traditional handheld lead, giving you the freedom to switch between walking styles whenever you need.

When will my order be dispatched?

Can i return or exchange my order?
