How do I choose the right Cloud Harness size?
Measure your dog’s neck and chest where the harness sits, then compare the measurements with our Size Guide. The Cloud Harness is available in sizes XS to XL. If your dog falls between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.
Is the Cloud Harness adjustable?
Yes. Adjustable neck and chest straps let you refine the fit for a secure, comfortable feel.
How does the Convertible Lead work?
The Convertible Lead adjusts from approximately 0.5 to 3 metres and can be worn hands-free around your waist, across your shoulder or held in the hand.
Can I use the Convertible Lead as a traditional handheld lead?
Yes. Move between hands-free and handheld whenever your walk calls for it.
What is included in The PETARA Set?
The PETARA Set brings together the Cloud Harness, the Convertible Lead and the PETARA Pouch: the complete PETARA walking system.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. PETARA delivers to selected destinations worldwide from $29.95 AUD, with the options for your address confirmed at checkout. Duties and import taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes. Standard Shipping is $8.95 AUD and complimentary on orders of $100 AUD or more. Express Shipping is $14.95 AUD.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed on business days are dispatched from Sydney the same day with Australia Post.
How do I track my order?
Your tracking details are emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched.
Can I return my order?
Yes. Unworn, unused items in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please see Shipping & Returns for full details.
What if I order the wrong size?
Email hello@getpetara.com with your order number and the size you need. Once your original item is back with us, we will send your new size. There is no need to place a new order.
