PETARA began with one little dog who changed the way I saw everything.
Cookie isn’t just my dog. He’s my family, my best friend, and the reason behind PETARA.
Like so many dog owners, some of my favourite moments with him are the simplest ones — our walks, the little adventures, the everyday moments that don’t seem important until you realise they’re the ones you’ll remember forever.
But I could never find walking essentials that felt like us. I wanted something genuinely comfortable for Cookie, effortless for me, and beautiful enough that I was excited to use it every day. I didn’t want to choose between function and design.
So I created what I couldn’t find.
PETARA was born from the love I have for Cookie, and the belief that our dogs deserve the same thought, comfort and care that they give us every single day.
Every detail has been considered with real life together in mind — from the softness and comfort of the Cloud Harness to the freedom of our hands-free Convertible Lead.
Because a walk is never really just a walk.
It’s their favourite part of the day.
It’s fresh air after a long one.
It’s muddy paws, unexpected detours and stopping to sniff absolutely everything.
It’s time together.
And one day, these ordinary little moments become some of our most precious memories.
PETARA is for them — the dogs who become our whole world without ever asking to.
And it will always be for Cookie, the little dog who started it all.
